I have not received an item I paid for. Does the site offers me an insurance?

We do not offer insurance program. However, if you pay your item with PayPal, you may be covered by the PayPal Buyer Protection program if you meet the eligibility requirements.

The eligible transactions are covered up to the total purchase price and original shipping costs.

To determine if an object is eligible for this program, look for the PP icon in the Information section on the seller of the ad, and click on the link See eligibility.

Study eligibility criteria to learn more about the program. You must file your claim with PayPal within 45 days following the date of payment.

To file a complaint, refer to the procedure to follow if you do not receive your item or if the item received does not match its description.
